Your customer vehicles, together.
Bring available engine and sensor data into a connected workshop view. Review the information for the vehicles your team is authorised to support.
MachLink Performance
The workshop relationship doesn’t end at handover. Bring vehicle data, diagnostic trends and supported remote access into the way you look after your customers’ cars.

The information behind the build
Bring available engine and sensor data into a connected workshop view. Review the information for the vehicles your team is authorised to support.
EngineINTEL combines configured rules and learned vehicle behaviour to highlight changes worth investigating, with operating context behind the signal.
Use vehicle history to guide a workshop conversation, organise an inspection or connect to supported tuning software through authorised remote access.
Inside the workshop workflow
A value on its own is only part of the story. Follow the change, review the conditions and decide what the vehicle needs.
Start with available temperatures, pressures, fault information and other readings relevant to the vehicle.
Compare the change with earlier operation and the engine’s configured profile. Consider load, operating conditions and data freshness.
Use the evidence to guide an inspection, a conversation with the owner or further diagnosis by your workshop.
An earlier indication is a starting point for diagnosis. Your team brings the knowledge of the engine, the build and the customer.
A setup that fits the vehicle
We review your vehicles, ECU interfaces, available signals and the way you want to support customers.
Confirm the MachLink installation, power, connectivity and vehicle configuration before bringing a vehicle online.
Check the incoming data, set access and review relevant alerts. Add customer vehicles as your connected workshop grows.
Before you connect
The workshop plans cover the connected platform for active vehicles, with volume pricing as the workshop grows. Hardware, installation, connectivity and any specialist requirements are confirmed separately as part of your setup.
Start with your vehicle and ECU details. We assess the available interfaces and data, and confirm which remote-access arrangements support your tuning software. The setup is agreed for the actual vehicle and workshop.
Access is assigned through MachLink accounts and the vehicle’s customer, workshop and organisation relationships. Your setup includes deciding who needs access and which information is appropriate to share.
